
COMMERCIAL PILOT
Theoretical Instruction

The theoretical course to obtain a Commercial Pilot license lasts 04 months.
Classes are held Monday through Friday and cover in depth the essential topics established by the DGAC for certification as a Commercial Pilot with Multi-Engine and Instrument Rating. This intensive program is designed to provide the fundamental knowledge necessary to meet regulatory requirements and prepare you for certification exams.
Flight Instruction
To obtain a Commercial Pilot license, the student must complete a minimum of 200 flight hours according to RAP 61.
100 hours of time as pilot in command
20 hours of cross-country flight as pilot in command
A cross-country flight of a minimum of 300 NM
10 hours of instrument flight training
5 hours of night flight
For the instrument flight rating, the student must complete a minimum of:
50 hours of pilot-in-command time on cross-country flights
40 hours of instrument flight
For the Multi-Engine Qualification, the student must fly 10 hours in the aircraft of the category in which he/she wishes to obtain the qualification, completing the course with a total of 220 flight hours.
